The type of survey we carry out will depend on the type of premises in question. We consider the age of the building, what it’s used for and also any future plans there may be for development of the building. The Asbestos at Work Regulations state that it is the explicit duty of the employer to manage the risks from asbestos in their premises. Don’t leave this to chance!
