Customer Survey
Our Customer Satisfaction Survey asked all our clients to rate the service we had provided them on a wide range of criteria. Each item was scored from 10 indicating “exceeded expectations”, through 5 indicating “met expectations” to 1 indicating “did not meet expectations”.
Overall the feedback was very positive, and in all cases the scores showed that on average we had exceeded our customers’ expectations.
