A damaged ceiling within a motor room at a large City Hospital

Our client was repairing a damaged ceiling and installing new energy-efficient lighting. However, the ceiling was found to contain asbestos, so with the damage already incurred it was posing an ongoing health risk.

Our contractors stepped in, contained the risk and successfully removed the damaged ceiling. We then conducted refurb works, including working out of hours to limit any risk to staff or third-party visitors or contractors.
