Working at the Spencer Academy in Stapleford, Nottingham, we worked to remove a section of the ceiling which contained asbestos cement.
Asbestos cement can be a particular issue in older school buildings, something highlighted in recent media reports.
Our team were able to go in and sheet-off the area in order to allow building contractors to see what was going on above the ceiling as part of investigations required for prospective buildings works at the school.
