Asbestos Survey

It is well known that asbestos was used in building materials from the 1950’s onwards. It was in the late 1990’s that it was finally banned as a building material. In many cases asbestos can remain safely in a building and never cause harm. However as soon as it is disturbed, then it can become a very serious health hazard.

undertake surveys for asbestos containing materials (ACM), whilst ensuring that our work remains in accordance with the HSE document HSG264 surveyors guide.

Our services are available to domestic and commercial clients across the UK and can be tailored to your specific needs, including emergency call-outs and out-of-hours facilities. Our domestic and commercial surveying services include:

Samples are taken and analyzed and you will receive a full Asbestos survey report containing details on the type of asbestos identified; the location and condition; the level of risk to users of the building, and recommendations on the asbestos identified.

We can arrange a time that suits you to take a sample; you can choose to provide samples yourself. In both instances, we provide you with a fast track sampling service that can speed up the process of identifying ACM and reduce site down time.

What our asbestos removal customers are saying:

Tony, can I take this opportunity to say that you have done a fantastic job. Having been stung by another removal company that did a partial job, I am delighted by the way your contractor has cleanly removed all the specified asbestos containing materials. I would not hesitate to use your company again.

My house is going to need a full restoration work and my builder has raised the concerns about potential asbestos on the bathroom ceiling so I contacted Tony and arranged for an inspection. He had a look and said nothing wrong with it. He then also visually inspected all around my house but couldn’t find any potential asbestos. He eventually didn’t charge me a penny for any inspection. He is really professional, friendly and honest to customer. If you are looking for an asbestos specialist,...

Prompt friendly and efficient service. Left an urgent message on ICE answerphone on a bank holiday and, with great relief, received a callback (thank you). It was reassuring to actually speak to someone, and to have advice from someone who could come out as a matter of urgency and help was very much appreciated.
