On the 10th August we received an urgent call regarding the removal of asbestos from a commercial property with damaged asbestos insulation board (AIB) fascia in the ceiling void. This phone call was taken at 4pm on Saturday night, we were able to reach the client quicker than any of our competitors whilst still providing a competitive rate, and we pride ourselves on our quick response time.
Solution / Action Taken
Due to the refurbishment start date of this post office, it was urgent to remove the asbestos as quick as possible. After notifying the Health and Safety Executives of this licensed work, and waiting the allocated time to begin the job, ICE Asbestos had a team there at 4pm on the earliest Saturday. There were 6, highly experienced and reliable; team members on site, for what would usually be a 3-man job, to finish it as quickly as possible. They completed 3 hard shifts throughout the night in order to safely remove the asbestos in less than 24 hours.
