Ice Asbestos received an enquiry in regards to a house in London, we are currently working in this house which has two areas of asbestos.
The client wanted us to begin straight away, having asbestos in two areas is dangerous and work needed to be carried out quickly.
Solution / Action Taken
When we inspected the property it was apparent that on the ground floor, the asbestos problem is the ceiling and on the 1st floor is a wall doubled skinned to the bathroom.
Being in London, parking is restricted, there was nowhere to park on site and nowhere to site up the hygiene unit. Therefore, we have to use a modular this is located in the side of the property.
We ensured that we kept the disruptions as low as possible, our team worked very hard to remove this asbestos as peacefully as possible in central London.
